Carb leaking gas?! HELP!

Hey guys, im gonna say up front that working on carbs is not my thing . Ok there is a hose that runs out of the bottom of my carb that has gas coming out of it?! It leads to nothing and all it does is allow gas to pour out of it? I need some help, do any of you guys know what that hose is and why it is doing it?

That is the overflow for the carb bowl. If fuel is always flowing out even when the bike is off, check to make sure the drain screw is tight. If its only leaking when the wheeler is running then its most likely a float problem, probably dirt in the needle valve assembly.
