wtb:250r roller or rolling chassis for around $1G

hey, im looking for a decent 250r roller for around a grand, it doesnt have to have plastic or anything high performance on it, it just needs to roll, i need the whole chassis and the frame cant be completely screwed, but the bearings and whatever can be toast i dont care...i am looking for a project quad as i have a 3 wheeler and i want to build a quad too...thanks


also, it would be cool if it was in NY or pretty close...thanks
