DIY or cheap 400ex mods

Anyone know any do it yourself free or cheap mods for a 400ex? either body suspension or drive train. I have a bunch of mods already, wheel spacers, pipe & jet kit, rev box, aluminum airbox, k&n filter, seat cover, # plates, somethings powder coated, ims oversized tank, bars, nerf bars, i am just bored and dont wanna spend much but i wanna do something to it. please let me know thanks

girnd the welds outa the header. if your racing seriously i would get rid of the wheel spacers with those you are crusin for a brusin.

i dont really race much or hit too big of jumps yet, i only have them on the rear, i have offset wheels in the front. i will get an axle before i start really jumping. and as far as grinding the welds just what you can reach on the side closest to the head right?

no there are welds inside the head pipe. U can use a dremel to grind them down.

Does grinding that in the headers really make that much of a difference?? thanks
