need some photoshop done or some help on what color to make my project

Yeah can someone photoshop this for me with blue letters then with a blue cross and black letters. Do you guys think i should paint my project like one of these ways or a white cross with black letters,or white cross with red letters,or a black cross with white letters,or a red cross with black letters,or a black cross with red letters.
