Gusseting is a must for racing. Especially on the mini's. It didn't look like you had any in the pics. I know it's a pain in the butt to strip it down to the frame but it's worth taking the time now instead of trying to repair a bent or busted frame. I just saw a
kid snap his Kasea 50 frame in half a couple weeks ago and that was with aftermarket suspension. What's worse is when it snapped it broke the schraeder valve off his rear shock so it was an expensive break. I'll post some pics of our kasea 90 frame's
gusseting. My son broke the rear motor mount on his jumping
and in the process snapped the exhaust mounts as well as ripped off the exhaust flange and sheared an exhaust flange
bolt. So i learned my lesson the hard way. :D

No it's not gusseted. He has a 3 week break so I had planned on doing in then. Can you get me pics of your frame? Did you make the gussets yourself?

How loud is the Hetrick pipe?
I was considering purchasing one of their kits for my son, but want to know just how loud it is first.

It is louder than stock but it's not too bad.

We have a Hetrick pipe on my boys Polaris 90 and its not to loud and it sounds great and runs %100 better than the other pipe we had on it and it looks good. Get ahold of Ron at Certified Racing he is a Hetrick dealer and gets some pretty good prices.

We run a Hetrick pipe. I think it's pretty loud. I can always tell where my son is during a XC race. It has a different sound from all the other pipes. But it's nice to tell where he is!
