Will a 10" wide tire fit on an 8" wide rim?

one of my buddys did it to his flat track tires they worked pretty good but i guess it depends on what u are using them for.

I have 11" wide tires on 9" wide rims. The tire helps protect the rim more than the thinner.

There are scat track haulers, 10" wide, trying to put them on douglas 8" wide rims.

I have 11" tires on Stock 8" ATC200X wheels and 11" tires on stock 9" 250R wheels.

I have 20x10x10 skat trak extremes on 10x8 wheels. Yes they will work although they are recommended for a 9 in wide wheel. But mine work great:D
