My buddy shows up to ride today & informs me his rear brakes were smoked so he removed the pads. He intended to ride until the bike shop opened at noon.
He rode ok with no rear brakes until we got him a new set of pads. When I changed his pads for him, I did it the same way I do my 400EX..........no fluid loss. He had left that wheenie little tinfoil shim at home, so I installed the pads without it.
After I put it all back together, he had NO brakes. The pedal seems as if it has no pressure on it at all. We attemped to bleed the system but got all fluid, no air. He still has nothing, as if the cylinder has gone bad. Any ideas or suggestions.
