Most people will tell you DG is junk but I have seen several shootouts where they beat alot of the so called "good" pipes.The one downfall that they do have is their weight.

i have heard that they r really loud. on of the loudest on the market!

I would buy something good like a Sparks or anything else, not DG or Cobra.

Another user on here named Jay's 300 runs the excellerator on his 300ex with a 4?? stroker motor in it. Try searching his username for old posts, he might of posted how he liked it or not. You could try pm'ing him but I don't see him on here much anymore.

I had the slip-on on my 300 before i did the 330. I likedit. It was cheap($120 i think), made good low end power, sounded good and loud except for the slight "buzz" when it gets into the upper rpms. I still had it on for a couple of weeks after i did the 330 until I put on a full Sparks, BIG difference. I sold the DG to a buddy and he loves it. For the $$, i think it was a great slip-on.

I have dg on my 300 it dose seem loud and I would like more of a deep tone too it but it came on the bike when I bought it!

I think you're a DORK those are the sizes of the tires.:rolleyes:

DG's have been nothing but sound. Go with a respectable pipe manufacturer. Can't go wrong with HMF Sparks Big Gun or White brothers.;)

im a Big fan of HMF,i had their full system on my 400 and loved it,and I only hear good things about the slip on for the 300,and you can beat the price,around $200,my next quad will have an HMF.

The bad thing about it is, the stupid quad is at my house and its been there for the last 2-1/2 years but he has been playing with his new z400 for the last 6 months and he can't freekin remember what he does own.

BESIDES THAT.... he is sitting 10 feet away from me here at work while we are putting this info in... I'm just busting his balls!

He is still a DORK! (lol just kidding bro.)

Its a pretty sweet (fast) quad... it will keep up with my 400 until I get into 5th gear.

who ever buys it, will be getting a very good deal.

I have a DG and i think it is a great exhaust for the money, provides good all around power, mounts good, can be polished really easy, it is fairly loud but sounds pretty good... I had a megamaxII before this and it was a lil quieter, gains were about the same,but the fmf ran out of packing really fast and the packing core broke not long after i got it...:( i was pretty disapointed with the quality....my dg has held up good so far

is the DG excellerator a disc pipe? if so, i wouldnt buy it, just cuz i dont like discs pipes at all. i used to have the e-series and it was all right but the discs dont put out the best sound.

Id sell you mine, too loud for my area... i have both the discs and the turn down.... its a stage 3, like new..... ide like to get $185 plus shipping fees... i think i payed like $320 or $310

i have the DG excellerator slip-on on my 400. great low end with a nice deep sound. but....if you have whinny neighbors you might want to look into something else. good price to...go to WWW.TEAM11MOTO.COM
