which honda 450 timing chain is everyone starting use intead of the high dollar aftermarket ones? the trx 450r or the cfr450r? the only difference between the two of them is one link. i am needing a new one and i heard of several people that they are using them b/c they are really heavy duty.

make sure it's out of an 02 or 03 model, cause my dealer said they were different for the 04's.

Hi, Do you know if the cam chain guide and tensioner from the crf will work in the 400ex? Thanks

yes, on the 400ex the stock tensioner and guides will work just fine with the crf450 dirtbike timing chain.
