ive beat on this fkj'ksdj'ksdjksdgf bolt for 4 days and it still wont budge. i have since then got a sawsall, but dont know how and where to cut it without hitting the case. where do i need to cut it?

Cut it on both sides of teh swinger. Both inside and outside.

I know it sounds like a lot of work but pull teh shock off and subframe and everything else in the way so you can get to it better.

Get a pivot works bearing kit, and call Jeff@quadshop and get a greaseable pivot bolt. I've had mine in for over 2 years and it's still is in good shape and comes out with ease everytime....:cool:

How much $ do those run Rico?...well you might have gotten a good deal on yours...how much would it cost the average joe? Or do you know?

LAST i checked, a few months ago, you could get swingarm bolt and nut for around 25 at planet honda.

everyone always had problems and mine was a 99 but it came out easier than i thought.

i had to cut my stock one out too...it sucked. but i replaced it with a billet stainless one and its niiice
