i ordered 4 wheels from the them last year, 3 of the 4 go flat in no time, i broke one down and the o ring was out of the groove , they put the bolt through it and ruined it, has anyone else had this problem? did hiper take care of it? i emailed there tech department and got no reply, so im going to have to call them if i can get home from work in time one night...just curious if this has happened to anyone else, i honestly think its there responsibility to replace them sincei bough thtem brand new and had this problem from day one...

mine have pine hole leaks becuase there is a gap where the bead bolts onto the rim....so i called hiper and she said tighten it to 10 pounds and if it doesnt work send it to them, they will check it out and if they are bad they will send me new rings

Yes they need to be torqued with a torque wrench so that they are tight enough but not to tight. It is best to use an inch pound torque wrench, just make sure you convert right.
