I thought I knew but guess not.

what is the diff between 3:2 offset and 4:1 offset wheels

3:2 makes it wider correct

stock is 4:1 correct

and douglas red lable wheels are what off set

I have plus 2 arms and plus 3 axle and I want my 450R to be 50 inches at all corners so what off set will I need for the front and back

stock front wheel offset is 4:1.5 I think. I haven't measured, but it's a 10x5.5 wheel.

I'm fairly confident all honda stock rims are 3+2(just not sure on the 450R). What this means is that they are 3 inches in from where the rim seats on the hub and 2 inches out. This is why people flip the rims to get a wider stance because then it is 2 in and 3 out. A 4+1 rim sets the wheels in further to reduce bump steer. I would only use them on +2 or +3 arms.
