250r vibration

just got my R back together, but it has a bad vibration from the engine, it is actually painful to hold on to the bars. I checked the counter balancer everything is lined up correct.

anybody else have this problem or have any ideas what might cause this...

is the mark on the balancer drive gear lined up with the mark on the crank aswell. there are two dots on that gear one for the crank and one for the balancer

There are a few different things that will cause vibration. If you just did the assembly yourself, my first suspect is that the counterbalance may not be lined up correctly.

My next suspect would be the crank, perhaps it is worn or otherwise out-of-true.
