went to the radar runs at the lake yesterday

ok me and a whole bunch of ppl went to the radar runs yestereday
it was a 300ft run and absolutly no traction at all!
in our group we had a 450r(me) ,raptor,a yfz's bansheeand a predator oh yeah and my brother on my z400.
everyone was studded except me .so we all get in line
mind you that everyone in our group all had pipes and were jetted.(at least that some had airbox mods)
im last in line and we get there and the raptor goes first he gets 49 mph for his first run.then the yfz goes and he gets 48 mph then the banshee goes and he also gets 48mph z400 and he gets 47 .i go up and with no studs i get 54 mph. every one is like wtf:huh
we all get back in line and place bets .i didnt want to bet because anything could happen but i did anyway.
sceond run went like this...
yfz...54mph
rappy...51mph
z400...50mph
banshee...55
450r...56 mph
again everyone is like:eek: :huh because i dont have studs
oh yeah the preddy was in the 40's both time because of the driver so i didnt mention him at all
anyway i won 25 dollars and noone could beat me the rest of the day
the highest i got was 59mph and the banshee tied me after putting his tires on in reverse direction but noone beat me

THERE WAS a 205hp polaris sled there and that was exciting to watch!
he got a least 100 each time because the radar wouldnt go past 100 and the screen would just go blank
it was like a rocket ship and had skis that were like 12-18 inches long

Those other riders must have sucked really bad to not beat you with studded tires. They should have made a world of difference.

Sounds like fun tho. Congrats on some *****-whipping, how ever u did it without studs.

yeah i dont know how i did better than them but when they were running not one of them sat back on the seat at all .i was sitting on the grab bar started out real slow to get traction and then speed shifted the whole run.i know im a better rider than all of them but come on there should have been no contest

I know, right? Youd think it'd be obvious to sit back to get more traction.

Its not like these bikes are rear-wheel drive or anything.:rolleyes:

OF ALL THE OTHER WHEELERS THERE THOUGH THE HIGHEST WAS 64 MPH BY THAT 65HP SCRAMBLER that beat me in a race a few weeks ago
