I'm curious what people are paying for 2005's out there. I've requested price quotes from a few local dealers and I'm waiting to hear back. How much "wiggle room" if any is there under the $5899 MSRP?

I gave $4733 for my new 2005 400ex (not including taxes).

Hemi Operator only $200 was Honda bonus bucks. This dealer is located in Chattanooga, Tn and they do ALOT of buisness. Their is also lakehill motors http://www.lakehillmotors.com located in Corinth, Ms that have awsome prices.

Wow, those prices are awesome! I have to think though that the cost to ship one from them up here to MA would pretty much cancel out the savings.

I got mine for $5499 in early december. Basically I called wanting a 2004 and they said they had 3 yellow ones. so when I went there an hour later all they had was 2005. So I started to get in my car and they said "wait wait!" and we started to work the deals.

I wanted to pay $5200 not $5900. So I figured I got an 04 with reverse for another $299.
