Better get on one quick, time is running out this year. I put on 1500 miles this season, and had so much fun I was thinking of buying a new fusion or REV. Selling a couple of the other toy's.

We'll see when spring time roll's around.

If you got to go to tip up town and the U.P. you would really want to ride them. And I met more hot chicks that ride sleads then anything else. Even pit chicks at the moto track don't compare.

I wish there was always snow up north, not really looking forward to summer at all right now:confused: :ermm:

Don't be affraid to post pics. Hot women on sleads always gets my motor running:)

On drumong they had a female oval race, all of em were at least 8's on the 1-10 scale.

Since i live where there is never snow... i have a question. How fast do sleds go?

Most 440's do about 95-100 tops in stock form. My 700 triple will do about 120+ mph. Then there's the new 1000s, where I don't even know how fast those go.... gotta be crazy fast  .

My 700 tripple will also burry the speedometer, but those are all off. If you go on a radar you might get 115 on a stock 700. I think thats what mine will do. But I could beat ALL the new twins on piston alley, even with a 1.250 lug ripsaw track. Went right by a new machZ, Not sure if he was in the kitchen or not, but he was deffinantly in the tripple digits.

I want to keep the hot rod SRX and get something that was made to jump, with a single pipe and longer travel. A rev, fusion or something along the lines of that.

Yup , you're right about that one . I was told by my mom who was part of "Women On Snow Canada " that the Eagle River trip they went on was one of best ,if not the best trip they ever took .

The ripsaw works pretty good, I only put 144 in for now, since its under warranty for 144. 192 will be going in soon though.

You can stand on the back and cat walk it in loose snow now. The stock yokohoma track is aweful, anyone on a 03 and previous yammi should upgrade to a 9830 or a ripsaw.

Cool pics from wisconson. One side of the family is all polaris, the other is all cats. I whooped those cats pretty bad, so they call the srx the blue streak. I thought those turbos would be faster:confused: then what they are. But they are pretty nice.

I wouldn't mind an F6 snowpro, but susans F7 is slow. Makes me think that the new diamond drive sucks. A rev, an apex, or a fusion will be the next winter steed.

I have some more pics I'll post up later. Everyone should try snowmobiling once, any modern slead is pretty fast. And you can go more places on a slead legally.

Nice looking pics and it looks like alot of fun to ride a snowmobile.

As I was looking at the pics, it came to mind that if you tried to ride quads at that place in the summer, you would probably have 42 cops breathing down your neck.
Can you ride quads at that place and are the cops harder on snowmobilers than quad riders?

SGA Drumond island is open to all offroad vehicles. Its 8 time enduro champion Dick Burelsons favorite place to ride in the u.s. The island had over 100 miles of snowmobile trails, and I think the same ones are open to atvs. 6 or more gas stations, lodges, hotels, restaraunts, you name it. Porta potties are every ten miles alond with a big trail map are every 10 miles. I'll be taking both of my quads there this summer along with a few other people. Hopefully we'll be able to do some radar runs on piston alley.

I never did find any big or techinical hill climbs though. The U.P is very lenient on all types of offroad recreation. I'll be doing more dual sporting then anything else on my wr426 though. Going to build a bike carrier for the back of the motor home.

Mark and I (he rides the big xc) were just stopped and waiting for the rest of our group. We passed the other 2 groups on the way.

THe biggest groups I ride in are 8 people at the most. I have been invited on larger group rides, but couldn't make em due to work.

I think my season is over now for this year. Will be getting my bikes and atv's ready for some spring riding now.
