I Need More Power

I have a 2002 400 ex with holeshot xc's, renthal sprockets, rk xring chain, bling star bumper, twin air filter,renthal triple clamp bars, msr gripper levers, full dg skid plates, pro armor nerf bars, and custom machined parts done by me on Bridgeport cNc millers and lathes.....well enough bragging...i just want more power without doing permanent work to the motor A.K.A. a big bore kit....someone please give me some suggestions...

what custom parts did you make on the lathe and milling machines.. just wondering because i work in a machine shop. also running bridgeport milling machines and lathes

I would say you can get a exhaust for the ex for more power

cams make a big difference from what ive heard

i just got a yoshimura exhaust for my 300ex and i didnt expect it to make as much of a difference as it did.

I MADE A CUSTOM STARTER COVER PAINTED BLACK WITH AN IRON CROSS ENGRAVED THEN A TUMB THROTTLE COVER...AND A DIAMOND PLATE PIPE GAURD

get a bigger carb,stage 2 hotcam,and a 426 kit-that's my plans for the next couple of weeks.

416 w/ 13:1 piston, valve job, port, polish, stage 2 cam, lightened flywheel. all I can think of right now. been up for 18 hours striaght so I will think of more after sleep.
