What's the best 416 kit for around $200 or so? I can get one with all the stuff for about $200 including a JE 10:8:1 piston. I will need to bore my cylinder though so that's not included in the $200.

I just got a 416 kit from www.dirt-deals.com 1 1/2 weeks ago. The whole kit cost me $116.95 and free shipping for a wiseco piston, wrist pin, clips, and a top end gasket. Went with the 11:1. It is bored now and figured out my compression will be 10.53:1 with stock thickness head gasket.

Then do a search on the internet for JE pistons and find one. Then go ask your daddy to buy it for you!!!

I was just sayin that I wanted a JE piston so I would like some other ideas. I did say please too. It was rude of u to say,

Then do a search on the internet for JE pistons and find one. Then go ask your daddy to buy it for you!!!
My dad won't buy anything for me. I have to save and buy it myself so don't just be rude and say things like that. That's the reason I said you're being an *****. Sorry if I affended you but I wasn't the only one being disrespectful here. I did appreciate your post though (the first one) and I'm just not lookin for one with a JE piston. Thanx though for takeing your time and sharing what you have and where to get it. I'm sorry. OK?

Thank you. why do you won't a JE? The reason I ask is there is a thread, I think it was in 450r that told the diff. between the JE, Ross, and Wiseco. The anser was not much. So I gave you a place to buy a kit at a good price. I always shop for the best price on a good product because I work hard for my money and have 5 wheelers to work on. The one I am working on is for the 16 year old boy. Rico is right on the cam you will be better off with a stag 2 also get a rev box and put 15 tooth sprocket back on. then go rip some sand ( I assume you ride in sand by where you live ).

Ya I do ride alot of sand. Where's cornelious? Oh and I found the kit I want, it's the one my friend had on his 416. Scary fast. We should ride sometime though if u want to and you ride dunes. Thanx for your opinion though.

Cornelius is about 25 miles west of portland. I can make day trips to sand lake. We ride in winchester and florance as much as poss and made it to Christmas Valley OR. and St. Anthonys Idaho. I will let you know how the 416 work when it is done. It will have a hotcam 2, K&N, outter wear, Dynojet kit, Magnum rev box, EHS racing air box mod, Wiseco 87mm piston. We do not have a pipe yet, think HMF? slip-on?

Yes get HMF!!! I love mine. The slip-on does help but for maximum performance get the full. You will be fine with the slip-on.

Just PM C&D Racing. They will get you setup with a good 416 kit. If you want to do a complete motor, contact Laz at GT Thunder.

between all the top 3 quad piston makers(JE, ROSS, and Wiseco) I personally would go Ross, then wiseco, then JE. I don't mind JE but I have had more run arounds with them and the quality of their products than I have any other piston mfg.
