that is a good deal, I bought mine last april for 5299 brand new (2004 model)... personally I like the '04 better than the '05.

i paid 6000 for mine but i also bought alot of **** with it skids nerfs bumper and the TAX up here in NY killed me

i bought my last week in missouri for 4064 + no tax. i dont know how they sell them that cheap but the do. they had the 450R's for 5300. just go to www.procycleusa.com

i paid 5199 for my 04' in september of 04' and i love it, and i think it looks better than the 05 does.
