I was changing the oil of my 400ex and I broke the drain bolt, its back on, all I broke was the head of the bolt so now the rest of the bolt is stuck in there!!! :mad:
What should I do?

can you get in there to weld the head back on maybe? or try an easy-out

Just drill a hole, then use an easy out. Shouldnt have a problem...

I cant, i was just putting it back on and that thing broke, you can see at the top of the bolt that is twisted so maybe it gut stuck or something .

Sears has a nice set of easy outs with matching drill bits. Very handy to have when something like this happens. Not that expensive either...;)

Just don't snap the easyout! :p

I had a few bad experiences with that. Its almost impossible to drill threw in easyout.

get a left handed drill bit it usually works
