kick *** ....Ive always sent it to the dealer but I wont anymore, thanks guys for helpin me out especially with the D.I.Y page on this site...

an was that hard to do? ive never been inside an engine before and it freaks the **** outta me! im not even sure what the **** to measure with the feeler gauge cause that picture in diy isnt exactly kodak quality!

alsdo you know which are the intake valves and which are the exhaust valves???

its easy as ****....the exhaust valves are on the side of your exhaust and the intake are on the other...(Carb)

thanks! i guess i coulda fgured that one out i didnt even think about it! duh! anyhow i was wondering if anyone knows since this seems to have to be done to almost all our 400's would this be covered under warranty??? and is it hard to get that feeler gauge in there for a good measurement??

My warranty didn't cover squat! If you look at the pics that show the process in the tech section you will get a good understanding of how to do it. I work for a company that every maintenance job has a proceedure and an SOP (standard operating proceedure) and our stuff isn't as clear as that is! Great job to Leo or who ever Documented that proceedure!
