my friend rides an 03 250 EX and after a little while of jumping it starts to sputter really bad. it runs fine in neutral but when you put it in gear and start to go it sputters and pops. we have no clue what the problem is. Can you guys help me?

its not that it is the engine or something b/c it does it after you land and then runs bad.

if it has a pipe on it then its the jetting and if you dont then it depends what level in the atmosphere your in it could be your jetting

maybe you got dirt in the jets, after jumping it may cause the dirt the move around inside the jet

snip (or unplug) the electrical wire that goes from your left hand brake down into the carb and it should solve your problem, my banshee did the same thing.
