how do u do it? any info would be great!

Take paint stripper to get the paint off, then start sanding, id start with 400grit -depending on texture- then work your way up to about 1,500-2,000. Sand till it feels easy to sand then move your way up. then get either blue magic or mothers mag and aluminum polish and polish till it shines!

Most parts you dont have to sand and will polish with just Mothers Mag & aluminum.
