Moose Racing GNCC Texas Hold ‘em Poker Tournament

Starting this weekend with the Orange Crush GNCC in Florida, Moose Racing will hold the first of nine Texas Hold ‘em Poker Tournaments for GNCC competitors. There will be 8 regular tournaments throughout the season with 4 on Friday evenings and 4 on Saturday evenings and a final showdown pitting the 8 champions in a final table at the Ironman GNCC finale in Indiana. With the winner at the final in Indiana receiving a nice package from Moose Racing.

The 8 regular season tournaments will be open to the first 42 players to sign up at the Moose Racing Semi prior to the event. There will be 6 tables of 7 competing to advance to the final table of the evening, were they will put on their poker faces for fun and prizes. The winner will receive a new gear bag from Moose Racing, as well as other prizes for 2nd through 6th.

The first tournament will begin at 5:30PM on Saturday March 5, following ATV practice and will be held under the lights of the Moose Racing Semi. The game will be Texas Hold ‘em and played just as they do in The World Series of Poker and The World Poker Tour.

The other rounds will be Friday nights at the Big Buck, Mountaineer, and Wisp GNCC’s and Saturday nights at the General, Steel Creek, Loretta Lynn’s, and Unadilla GNCC’s. With the final round taking place at the Ironman.

These should be fun events and great way to compete and network with your fellow GNCC competitors. We will also have music and videos playing, as well as all the water you can drink. Everybody is welcome and will be fun for competitors and fans alike. Even if you have never played poker, you can still join in the fun, as we will have a complete set of rules and an overview of how the game is played at each table.

Just join us for the fun.

No gambling or alcohol allowed.
