I am in the process of disassembling my quad to put on some new parts.

I am having a hard time with the rear hubs. Anyone know what size bolt it is, and have any tricks to get them off?

I just measured it last night to bring the right socket home from work today! 1&1/16 the axle jam nuts are 1&3/4 and 2&1/8
Hope this helps

Oh, leave the tires on and on the ground, use an impact to break them loose. Then take the tires off and remove the hubs.
This will help keep the hub from spinning when you try to bust them nuts loose.

Thanks Soggy. I finally found out that it is a 27 mm nut. I went and bought the socket, and on my way home, I figured out that it would be easier to put the tires back on it to get the nut off.

No problem, I just got home with my "crows feet" to remove the axle nuts, and realized I wrote down the wrong size for the larger one:mad: I wrote down 2&1/8, and it should have been 2&3/16. Don't know what I was thinking.
