View Full Version : YFZ aftermarket motor mounts

Janssen Motorstports has yfz motor mounts for sale. They are built out of 4130 chromolly and fully tig welded. Machined and hand fabricated in the USA by Evolution ATV. If you are breaking stock motor mounts like my team is, then this is your savior. Hopefully have pics up soon.

im looking forward to seeing those. havent had a problem yet but i think i will in my second Mx season. They have them on their site?

why chromoly? isnt it going to displace more vibs and crack easier than if you machines them from billet aluminun...im really looking for a beefy set of aluminum ones, esr ones look a lil too dinky for 90 bucks

they are built with aircraft alm. by a shop that makes aircraft parts. they are very strong and durable.

If you are looking for motor mounts or other YFZ stuff go to www.nmotiontechnology.com They are located in Wichita,Ks. I have had all my bikes worked on there. They really know their stuff.

I don't think Janssen has the mounts on the site yet, i will try to get some shots on this page soon. I used 4130 chromolly steel because I have broken aluminum mounts as well as stock steel mounts. They aren't made out of 1/8 " steel plate like the stockers, they are made out of 1/2" .083 wall chromolly tubing, and 1" chromolly rod. Check out walshrc.com and look at the crf 450 motor mounts, thats where i got the idea.

Those motor mounts from quads only are SWEEEEEET. And very strong imo. I like these the best out of all i have seen, even ESR
