Yeah i had no school today and none of the 4x4's are fixed yet so i was messing around riding the z around. Well i just go around the yard and down the trail behind my house i don't try to cross the creek because i have to go up alittle hill to get bac home. Heck i am having enuff troubling getting into my back yard. Here's the pics tell me if you think 4 snow would get me up this hill and throught around 8-12 inchs of snow.

Kind of stuck came along the garage and the front tires caught this snow drift. I always have trouble trying to keep the z straight in the snow.

Ill say it is... I like the graphics kit alot.

Also, that one pic where u say you are stuck, that doesnt look to be all that steep. I guess when its icy though, its hard to get up?

I know what you mean, having all that snow--- we have like 10 or so inches on the ground and its impossible to get through unless you have a 4x4. oh well, have to wait for spring and go muddin I guess.

Yeah heck that hills no even hard in the summer or when there no snow on it,. In the summer i can pop the front end of going up it,creek up it in 1 st or just fly if up. Yeah it was like real slippy from me trying to get up it and making it sometimes. Heck i went to put hot ashes on the hill and i almost sliped and fell.

wouldn't that just melt the snow, which would then turn right back into ice, which would make it worse?!?!?!:huh :D

Ahh i don't think so it would just melt to the dirt too bad the ashes weren't hot enuff to melt anything.

well ill tell you your problem and why your not getting anywhere goin up hills...its the tires...them 18's cause too much spin in the snow...get you a set of stock z400 tires or some kenda klaws they do good in every condition


18's with their wheel spin do make some good roost tho

My fast trekkers are 20" but like only measure to 18's. Also sport quads just don't go good in the snow. I got my dad's foreman fixed goes alot better than the z. But up the hills like 5 times the size of one going into my back yard the foreman has alittle trouble. But there's like 10 inchs or more and no one broke a trail. I am going to re guade the psi for the 589's. So it will do alittle better for riding tomarrow.

I had to look and see if you were from Florida. That's what our ORV trails look like in MI. I make it up the hills just fine around here.:confused:

a few weeks ago i finally found out how to ride int he snow without getting stuck at all... 4th gear pinned all the time:cool: lol seriously though it works and i havent gotten stuck once. i ride it so hard in the snow. my 450r that is

Who were you talking to? I do plan on getting more mods but right now i have to fix my grizzly. Then i am going to buy another quad.
