Stem Vs. Bar height? Quick Help!

My buddy wants to run a Houser Steering stem on his 450R, What stem height does he need to order, if he is running the Tag T2 CR High Bend bars. He wants to keep the bars near the stock position

What are most guys running for XC?

I ran +2 and it worked great with those bars, I'm 6' tall.

I am 6'1" and run a Roll Standard Length stem with a GPR Stabilizer and Tag T2 CR High Bend bars. I feel I could go up maybe one more inch, and it would be perfect, although my current set-up is very nice also.

For those that don't have a Steering Stabilizer, get one, it is the best purchase I have made, and it has saved my body from some major tree hits. I also noticed I don't get arm pump nearly as bad either.
