i want to do my frame shimmering candy apple blue but id like to see some pics also what are the steps i shuld tell my powdercoater to do like what base coat and stuff.....please post pixs thanks...what other colors would look good with shimmering candyapple blue also thanks again for all the help

Never heard of candy "apple" blue. I think the name you're looking for is just candy blue. And in all honesty, I think all powdercoaters call the color transparent blue. I know the guy that does my powdercoating uses a base coat called bonded chrome and then uses a second coat of transparent blue, and that's what gives it the candy color.

It's a legitimate "color". Back in the 80's, the bicycle company Hutch offered Candy Apple Blue as one of their frame colors.
