about time we got a forum right guys! sport class is the best!. Anyway, in this forum i will be writing a sport class race report for every gncc as well as writing an article showing what it takes to build a gncc sport class blaster. Myquad is the base for this and most of you know its pretty much done, but i will be going back and will be starting at the begining. I plan on including what parts i like, why i like them, what parts you may not want to use, reviews on parts and how-to install on some things as well. first articl will be up shortly, pretty much includeds everything i just said, but also includes a few general set up tips. so be sure to look out for up coming articles

Frame strengthening on a 300EX is fairly simple.

The weak areas include:

Front upper shock mounts.
Rear upper Shock mount
Frame near foot pegs.

I strengthened mine by boxing the frame above the shockmount with strips of steel and I welded up the existing shockmount for additional strength.

In the rear I added gussets between the frame and sub-frame above the rear shock mount.

I also boxed the frame near the foot pegs.
