View Full Version : riders, I need some advice on back support

WEll, I just got the OK for me to go back to work after buldging two discs in my back . He told me once you have an injury like that theres no longer any guarentees that it wont do it again later on in life..:ermm:
So, what I am looking for is some kind of back support,not a kidney style belt but a true back support /brace to wear whille riding/racing. I dont even know if there is such a thingk,but I see so many dif. braces for just about anything else.
This kinda makes my quality of riding change a bit, I cant give up all the racing and my riding,but I can make it a little more safer.:)
Help is much appreciated...

No, most of us just don't crash. :blah:
Honestly, I have NO idea what you could use, I really doubt there is anything out there to do what you're looking for, short of a full medical brace, completely immobilizing you from the waste up.

QJ I think they make someting for jet ski racers that actualy is a back protector. I remember some guys wearing them when I endurance raced them. I will let you know what I find out.

theres laser surgery i got it was back on 8 weeks never had any pain after that
