I think it looks good!
The Duncan Graphics are always a good choice!
Looks like a suzuki at first glance, but I think that is just because of the colors. If I were you I would get a black seat cover w/ white letters(HONDA) or graphics on it.

judging from the supension on your bike, i think i can say you have stock a-arms...and you cant powdercoat stock a-arms the ball joints aint removable

doubt their powdercoated cant powdercoat stock a-arms....they are proally spray painted unless somebody didnt kno what they were doing cuz the heat needed to cure the powdercoat will melt the rubber ball joint

That is a really good looking 400ex. I would get some new exhaust headers, or shine those up. I would also go with a white frame. Are those 250r grafixs?

yea they are 250r graphics....you can see the slits in the graphics for the 250r side plastics

Lookin Good! Need a new seat cover though... You should paint or PC your hubs blue, to match the graphics, and get some blue shock covers... That would look awesome!!! But, already looks awesome so far! I'm still looking over color combos for my up and coming project 440ex, and i'm really liking the trans blue frame, w/ white plastics. Again, looks great!

ok...believe what you want to believe dicknose...you do need to remove the ball joints or if not the heat needed to cure the powder will melt the rubber ball joints so stfu

also. the rubber wont melt. all the rubber gromits on mine withstood the heat and only 1 has a smal crinkle in it.. everythign turned out sweet and everything is working in perfect mechanical order..

powdercoating stock a-arms---- a can-do

i dont know man but my a arms are pced and are on my bike right now haha

i have no idea what the problem is. but the only rubbr u are talkgn about is the little gromets that cover the ball joint right>

TCracin440ex

no...the rubber im talking about...is the rubber BALL joint...underneath that rubber grommet there is a rubber ball joint...that grommet is only to keep water and debris outta the balljoint...

the ball joints on stock honda a-arms are rubber...and they are non removable...so thats why you cant powdercoat stock a-arms

but im not gonna argue cuz arguing over the internet is like running the special olympics, no matter who wins your still retarded

It is indeed
I did it to mine, they removed that rubber boot and did them and then repacked it and replaced the rubber boot
