Kill Switch

I need to get a kill switch for my '05 YFZ 450. Do I need normally open or normally closed?

it depends how you wire it. IMO the "pingle" works the best, because it is a normaly closed switch, that works like (and plugs into) your stock on-off switch.

I agree with daddio that would probably be the best. I thought I was buying a normally closed and i planned to wire it into the stock kill switch, but... What I got was a normally open one (like the pro design) so I just wired it using the instructions all over the net (aussierider way) for installing a PD one. Works good so far.
