Building 250r from scratch, now remember that I am the CEO for poorboy racing. Here is what I need for 250r:

+2 aftermarket a-arms
+4 axle
stock radiator
88-89 stock or aftermarket Swinger
250r Carb
Stock or aftermarket Steering Stem
88-89 or 400ex Spindles/frnt calipers
'86 or '88 Frame
'86-89 Motor

let me check once i get home, i have pretty much what your looking for with the stock parts. i know i have an axle, a few sets of a arms, a 36mm and 38mm carb and a stock steering stem.

i got a set of either +2 or +3 (i am not sure but i think that it is +2) jrd longtravel front end. it has the aarms, 400ex spindles, hubs, rotors, and calipers. all for 750 plus shipping

That means some schools got stock brand new motors to work on. I know they did a lot of 350x motors back in the day and theres some still sitting around.

350x and 250r engines were cut from frames in 86 atc cuts.
they were donated to small engine schools,to teach well you know.

I have a stock 34mm carb off a 1989 R. Works great, but just needs the cap and cable (I cut the cable off the cap to use on my 38mm carb). IM me if you want to purchase it...
