I Got New Shoes!!!

NO not ME LOL ;) anyway I bought new tires/rims for my Kodiak this weekend from a gal that sold hers, got a good deal on them they have LOTS of rubber left. They are 489's Spider Traks on C series wheels!! The tires are wider than stock so it's WAYYYYYY more stable in the front now, just riding around the yard the front doesn't try to wash out anymore, plus they should grab good on the trails :D:D I also bought a stabilizer for it, but we are waiting to see if I really need it, have to take all plastic off to install & it's a pain in the butt!! sooo here's a pic of it!!

I had them on my 400ex, those things bald are better in the snow then any holeshot or razr, or any similar tire.

Are those the same size? They do not look like it from the pictures. If that thing is 4X4 wont that through the gearing out of wack and work against the transfer case like a 4x4 truck?

Thanks Shark, & to think I was going to sell it LOL now I think I may be selling the 300 instead :eek: this is going to be WAYYYY to cushy on the trails now, & w/ the tread once I put it in 4x4 hell it outta go ANYWHERE!!!

Yeah I"m telling you it's the COMFIEST ride I have, auto tranny,4x4,winch what more could you ask for on the trail :) heck it even has a spotlight, cell phone charger on it :D:D it's CUSHY!!

my cousin rides a kodiak and in the snow that quad makes my dads king quad look horrible and I won't even start in on what it makes my uncles sportsman 700 look like

My uncle has a kodiak..... and the ride is soooo nice:) I never new how much fun utility quads could be, until I rode one:cool:

Thanks everyone :) as for the ride YES it's awesome!! My Kodiak has pulled out MANY Polaris 500SP :D our good friends HAD a pair of them & he always liked to drive it into the river :rolleyes: well we always pulled him out LOL

Lil300exkid I will be asking about $2300 for the 300, I've got a little gal that is interested in it BUT she just started a new job & it'll be quite awhile before she'll save up the $$, I"m in no BIG hurry, but if the right offer comes along it'll go BYE BYE :) so I can get a 400EX or Z-400 :devil: :D

Sounds like a plan momma! I would love to get a new 05 KFX but I have to much money in my 300. :ermm:
