tag bars

I have two sets of tag x5 bars. ONe set is used and is cr hi bend. I want 40. The other set is cr double hi bend and they are brand new. I want 55. Let me know.

Are these really tall bars??? Also do they have a crossbar?? What size of bar are they(1 1/8 or 7/8)??
