Aluminum products, Pro Armor, and AC all make good stuff.

Pro Armor has saved my butt on many occasions.

Whatever you get make sure it has recessed bolt holes. Bolts that stick out tend to get sheared off by rocks when you least expected it. :eek2:

I'll second the PRM skid. I've got them on the belly, a-arms, and swingarm and can't destroy them. They take everything I've ever thrown at them and still look great.

PRM is kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for and i really like the looks of them how they come up on the sides a bit.

PRM has been the best fitting skidplate that I've owned. DG Baja skidplates are durable enough, but their mounting method leaves a bit to be desired. With PRM, everthing went on nice and easy. Anytime I had problems with bolts coming out they sent me new ones in the mail. The good thing about them is you can pick from 2 different thicknesses of skidplates. www.prm-atv.com you can't go wrong. 3 years of abuse on mine (full chassis, front bumper, swingarm skid, rear grab bar, and air scoops)...all have held up great and went on without any problems.

I have a moose and think it is really good. Also PRM, DG (body not swing arm), and AC make good skid plate. Just make sure you get the thick one, some companys make two versions a thick one and a light one.

I have a armidillo swing arm skid and i love it. But i hear PRM or Pro Armor is best. Dont get Ac Racing everyone I know has had there stuff bent:ermm:

I prefer the AC belly skid since it wraps up around the front of the frame. The PRM, DG and most others all dead end at the front of the frame. Still offers protection, but the AC is a little better if you ask me....
