sleeve????

im boreing my 99 400ex out to 440. how much should it cost to get the new sleeve installed?should i get a je kit or ims?

I dont know how much it will cost but I would go with the je kit

magic racing sells an IMS 440 kit with everything you need for around $280 I think,,call them or marcums.

Rocky Mountain ATV had a IMS 440 kit in their catolog for $209. That's piston, sleeve, and gasket kit. If you pieced it together seperately the parts would APROX. run you about $120 for a good piston, $70-80 for a sleeve, $24 for a gaskit kit, and about $100-150 for someone to actually do the sleeve work. I've heard nothing but good about both IMS and JE. I personally have a Newcomb sleeve and weisco 11:1 flatop.
