ok...i wanted my front end to be wider..(i dont want a arms or any other new suspension)i was goin to turn my front rims around to change the offset, but the valve stem hits the brakes.i took off my front brakes, but i will wind up killing myself without them.the stem barely hits them,so i was thiking about grindin them down about an inch or so..would it hurt anything?

nah, you could probably take your back brakes off too for weight reduction purposes-just downshift and let the engine do the braking, then when you get going slow enough put your feet down to come to a complete stop.

haha. no, i definately wouldn't do it, what happens if your rear brakes go out while you're heading for a tree at 40 mph?

just pop out the valve stems and put them back in backwards and drill new holes the correct size and put new stems in the other side of wheel

Yes, you can buy shorter valve stems. ;)

I am having the same problem with my 300. Doesn't it seem a little to wide for you? I haven't been able to decide wether or not I like it. I mean it looks really good because I have +5 inch spacers on th eback, but I want to ride it and see how it feels. So I might go buy smaller stems.

yehhit rides good..i rode it for about 15 minutes with them backwards with no front brakes...it looks realy good on mine since i put shorter shocks on it,it is like 5 inches off the ground.i will see into shorter stesm, but will i have to take the tires off to change the stem, and is it hard to replace?
