OK guys, this is the right song but i heard a version that has alot in instumental in the beginning and more bass. Could have Pantera or Nirvana have redone this song?????

WRONG. your all wrong. korn redid "one". the song you heard was enter sandman off of the S&M album. it was live with the san francisco symphony orchestra. so do i get a special pm :D

It didn't sound live. It just had a long instumential part and not as much lyrics as the orginial version. ughhhhhh

the album is named "metallica: from 1991...some other GREAT songs you might want to listen to are: The Unforgiven,
don't tread on me, My friend of misey, and Sad but true....these are all great songs from that CD...another great metallica CD is Master of Pupets....

the only song they remade was "one" they first sang it on the metallica tribute on mtv. and its on their album "take a look in the mirror"

yea man its cool. i just looked it up to make sure i was right before i made my last post. i like to think im up to date on my metallica lol. but yeah the dvd is great, they could have included a little more backstage and whatnot but the performance itself is great.

I have now 3 versions and all 3 sound different. The closest to what I'm looking for is from the black album . Just needs to have a longer intro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, KORN did "one" by metallica, its a hidden track on the very last song on their cd, and they didn't play the whole thing, but almost all of it


the violin one is on S&M (Symphony and Metallica)

That version of Sandman was probably from Live Sh*t Binge & Purge...This is the box set a 3 disc and 3 video box that was released in 1993. Any real Metallica fan should have this

If there's more bass, it might be a completly different song. It might be "The God That Failed".

The whole album is awesome, so I'd suggest just gettin all the songs on it, along with every other Metallica song.

Are you trying to download it? I bet if you get it from the CD it will be the version you want. A lot of the time they cut out instrumentals on the internet. Hope you find what you're looking for.

I would bet money that entersandman on the self titled album(the black album) would have a long *** intro. most metallica songs do!
