cant stop shaking!

its been 2 days now and ive been shakin like a bus on a gravel road off and on, and my head has killed me everytime i turn my head and blink, anyone else had this? ive took pain killers but they dont help alot, and thursday night i shook for 2 hours straight no way t0o stop it, any help is apperciated.

sounds like you have a kink in your neck. as for the shaking, when i was in 7th grade i did the same thing all day and finally went to the school nurse and she said i wasnt eating enough veggies i think? and that it will make you do that, either it was veggies or fruit that i wasnt gettin enough of. try eating lots of fruit and veggies, one of them is bound to be right cause it made me stop shaking.

and i eat an apple everyday after school, so i dont think thats it, im feelin alot better today, havent been shaking to much, if it starts up again ill go to doc tommorow morning.
