32:1 should be aight. some people run 40:1 but i think thats too lean. some people run 20:1 but thats prolly too rich.

I run 50 to 1, Bel-Ray MC-1+ for nearly twenty years , in all my 250r's and CR's and have NEVER had an oil related problem of any type. Usually can pull at least a full season out of a top end too.

I run Klotz SuperTechniplate at 32:1.

Most people run somewhere between 32:1 and 50:1. Now, keep in mind exactly what this mixture is telling you. 32:1 means 32 parts of gas to 1 part of oil, so 50:1 has LESS oil than 32:1.

More oil means more lubrication, more safety. It also means more smoke, more money, and theoretically, less power output. Go too thin on the oil, and you could seize. :eek2:

jet it up for 32:1 or 40:1, alot of ppl running flattrack run at 40:1

Amen on the Bel-Ray Mc-1 at 50 to 1. The guys at team honda turned me onto it in 1987 at the blackwater 100 and ive had happy crank bearings and no piston galling.

I stick with what works, and MC-1+ has never given me a problem. It has a fuel stabilizer in it too.

I run MC1 in my FL, for an old school premix....its not bad stuff, only premix thats let me hit 1250 degree's w/o catastrofic disaster on more that 1 occasion:D :huh :eek2: :o , good stuff for air-cooled motors for sure

Rich...is MC1 "+" newer?

its been about a yr or 2 since I bought any, but not sure if Ive seen the "+"

This is way off, thats 4.5 gallons gas to 32 ounces oil = 18:1 mixture.

Eddiesanders250, please get your facts straight before giving information that could cause damage.
