Ihave the full system. I put a 148 jet in and left the air box lid on. When i get on it and take off it bogs down really bad. What jet could i put in to fix it? What can i do?

148? That sounds low

148 might be a bit to much with the lid on, try taking the lid off and see if it helps it out any. (FYI 148 will be very low with the lid off) If that seems to help and you are planning to use the OEM lid start dropping jet sizes.

depending on your elevation you may want to go up to a 185/180/175 with the lid modified. I have the stock pipe with insert from hrc and with the cold weather im runnin a 185 with the modified air box lid. When it warms up Ill drop to a 175/180. In 25 degree weather my bike ran lean on the 4th gear shut down with a 175. In the cold seems best at 185...hope this helps, good luck!

You really need to cut the lid in half(like the HRC). Run some type of intake kit, HRC needle on 3rd clip, 185 main, and 2.5-3 turns out on the fuel screw. Check your plug often. Running the pipe without an intake just doesnt make sense to me.
