I snapped my chain the other day and noticed after further inspection that both front and rear sprockets were worn. I need to replace all 3 parts at the same time.

What would be the best chain/sprocket combo to get?

Who makes the best and most reliable out there?

The best would be sidewinder but you are talking big $$. If you want a cheaper setup D.I.D. makes a very good chain and you could go with some sunstar sprockets.

i will also add that sunstar sprockets do hold up well. and they are priced pretty good too.

Sidewinder is the best, hands down. That's all I run on my bike. D.I.D. does make quality chains and sprockets, but they don't last as long as Sidewinder. You do get what you pay for.;)

i think a lot has to do with what do you want to pay. i liked the renthal sprockets with a did x-ring chain. there are much cheaper alternatives that are similar to stock parts strength.

I'm not too worried about cost, I just want it to last.

Well with that being said, Call Vic Krause at SideWinder and order yourself a Ti-moly front and rear with the ti-moly 14,000 lbs tensil strength chain. That's the best money can buy. I've had my kit for over 3 years with no signs of wear!;) http://www.sidewindersprockets.com/
