Exhaust question

I have a 350x that has one snapped exhaust bolt. The other one is still there holding the clamp fine but it does leak a little bit of exhaust. How bad is it to run like that? And how can I get it out when I get up the desire to get it out becasue it is rusty as heck.

if its not leaking bad enough to cause backfiring meaning a lean condition,i wouldnt worry to much.when you do feel like fixing it,i have had luck with a pair of vise grips and a torch to heat up the stud and twisting out
