I just installed mine a couple of weeks ago and had a h-ll of a time getting that jettin right. I have now a 45 pilot, 165 dj main, 3rd notch on needle, and air screw 2 1/2 turns out. I find its running rich a lil so Im gonna try a 42 pilot this week.

I'm running a 168 main, 48 pilot, 2 1/2 turns on the air screw and 3rd notch on the needle. I'm showing a bit rich in all areas on my A/F gauge.

you guys are always going to be jetting that hting because you are letting in way to much air then your bike needs, that carb is too big, just look the fcr's biggest carb for the 400ex is a 41, and that carb is a 42, you might be alright with a fully built 440 and up!
