There are some small scuffs and scratches but they are in pretty good shape. The number on them i assume for the bend is: 87 501167.

are them renthal grips on their? and are they for a 400ex?

They will fit a 400ex. They are same tubing size as stock. 7/8" Has Renthal grips, but the right one is wore out.
