Tourist Trophy racing is done on a track that is mainly flat. In order for it to be a true Tourist Trophy track, it must have both right and left hand turns, and at least one small hill/jump.

Flattrack racing can be done in on a flat oval, or with other turns added.

Because the strategies involved in TT racing and flattrack racing are very similar, and also because the setup for each type of racing is very similar, TT and flattrack can be used almost interchangably.

Cause you run just about the same set-up as you do in Flat track or TT.
