Can anyone tell me what the stock wheel offsets and bolt patterns are for the 400EX? Also, what is a good wheel size or should I stay with the stock wheel size? Any help is GREATLY appreciated. (Need a new set of wheels, mine are banged up pretty good.)

I just no a little bit on the rear. They are 9x8. Believe its a 5x3 offset. 5 inch's on the outer side, 3 on the inner side. To get the bolt pattern spacing all you have to do is, measure from 1 stud straight across to the 1 on the opposite side. I went with 9x9 rears, with 11 wide rear tires. only thing you have to remember is that you will have to run more air with a wider rim, so it has more support and cushion for landings.

400ex front bolt pattern is 4x144. Back bolt pattern is 4x110. I believe stock offset is 4/1 (on the front) meaning 4 inches of the rim is on the inside and 1in is on the outside. Stay with the stock size of 10 inches in diameter cause most tires are in those sizes. Actually I'm not even sure if you can get a different size!? Check ebay maybe for some used rims. You can use front rims off of pretty much any sport honda, a Z/KFX/DVX, cannondale, and pretty much any newer sport quad except yammies. Stock wheels are pretty strong too. As far as rear wheels it depends what your using them for.

The front rim is 5.5in wide so the off set is a little odd. I think it's something like 3.75:1.75
