Man sues Eagles

Get this: a man that helped shovel the "Link" (Lincoln Financial Field) before the NFC championship game has sued the Eagles because 8 of his fingers became frostbitten and they all had to be amputated.

This pisses me off so bad.:mad: This is a bogus lawsuit if there ever was one!! How on earth could a judge EVER rule in his favor and agree that it was the Eagles fault that his fingers got frostbite? It is so illogical it is not even funny.

He'll claim that he was "forced" to shovel long hrs. with no break no doubt. Then he'll no doubt play the race card (he is black) and say that because of this he was forced to work longer than co-workers. What the hell else could his defense be? He has NONE WHATSOEVER in my opinion.

in a sence, if they did make him work after complaining about his hands, then yes id say it is in his favor.


but on the other hand, if the guy was in that much pain, ud think he'd say F it and leave.

they should of provided him with gloves. up here in the UP it can get down well below -20 and companies are supposed to provide outerwear. i would suew um too. if i could never ride again id want all the money i could get, plus hes never gunna be able to work any sort of good job again. his life is basically over. the dude cant even light a lighter. i dont blame him one bit for what hes doing.
